An important project in this area is the implementation of the modernization of the crushing line for our important customer from the CEMEX Prachovice cement production area. ERITECH significantly participated in the modernization of the line for the processing of alternative fuels (waste) in their subsidiary EcoWasteEnergy. Considering its complexity, this project was planned for a long time. ERITECH a.s. was one of the decisive suppliers of this project and was also significantly involved in its own design activities. The entire project had to be prepared down to the smallest detail before the actual implementation, as there were only 76 days for the actual implementation from stopping the line to restarting. The modernization of the entire line was carried out in order to increase the production capacity of alternative fuel. ERITECH a.s. completely rebuilt the line incl. supply of technology parts, spark detection, extinguishing system, complete electrical part and upgrade of the control system. ERITECH supplied chain conveyors with closing louvers, all of its own design, transporting fuel to storage boxes, and self-designed screw conveyors for taking fuel out of the fuel storage. Thanks to special preparation, when the ERITECH project managers dealt in detail with the overall optimization of the works during their own implementation, which turned out to be a decisive factor in meeting the required deadline.
