Successful Optimization of Biomass Feeding Line
ERITECH continues to provide solutions for projects in decarbonization effort. This time with a project to optimize and increase capacity of a biomass feeding line at PLZEŇSKÁ TEPLÁRENSKÁ a.s. The ERITECH Project Team provided a detailed proposal for the optimization of the material flow, taking into consideration the expected variance in the materials size, flow characteristics, and consistency. Modification to the building structure of the boiler house was made to allow of the installation of new mechanical equipment. Additionally, modification and supply of electrical equipment was provided and changers to controls system. As a result, the feeding line has been doubled in capacity and proven to be reliable.
